Qualification: Degree in Engineering
Requirements:
- Analyze ITTs (Invitations to Tender), scope of work documents, and specifications
- Extract material quantities (Material Take-Offs and Bill of Quantities) from engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and P&IDs.
- Do Cost Calculation / Vendor quote evaluation / Compile comprehensive techno-commercial bid packages for submission to clients or main contractors.
