Salary: SAR 15000

Requirements:

• Minimum 15–20 years of experience with strong industrial / large-scale catering experience
• Candidates should have excellent knowledge of bulk food production, menu planning, kitchen operations, food quality, hygiene standards, team management, and cost control.
