Office Administrator (Female Candidates Only)

We are currently hiring for the Office Administrator position in Abu Dhabi. This role is reserved for female candidates who are organized, proactive, and capable of efficiently managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for a smooth workflow.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and equipped with necessary supplies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
