Salary: 3000 – 4000 SAR

Qualification: Degree / Diploma

Requirements:

• Receiving & Inspection: Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders for exact quantities, quality, and condition.
• Stock Rotation: Apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expiry, First-Out) principles to ensure older or sooner-expiring items are used first.
• Storage Control: Maintain proper storage conditions in dry stores, chillers, and freezers to meet health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Issuing Stock: Release items to the kitchen, bar, or service outlets strictly against approved requisitions.
• Inventory Tracking: Conduct regular physical stock counts and update records using inventory management systems or spreadsheets.
• Waste Minimization: Monitor expiration dates and report damaged, spoiled, or slow-moving stock to control costs.
